One week in! Who you are and what you do is not ordinary. You are a temple of the Lord and your life is a living sacrifice! Scripture tells us we are ambassadors for Christ. So, how do we live this way?

Matthew 6:33 “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

 Seek His Kingdom

When you received salvation and became born again you also made the choice to stop living for yourself. No longer do you seek your desires first. Instead, everything you put your hand to is holy because Jesus dwells in you. This means a pastor or worship leader isn’t more holy than the person stocking shelves at the store. Now, we live a life that seeks first His kingdom. Begin making the shift in your thought process with the Lord. I am no longer just a ________. Rather, I am a temple where God resides. I host the presence everywhere I go. Tasks are no longer ordinary, but they are done unto the Lord. What an opportunity! 

So, what can you do to shift your heart posture and view your tasks as supernatural? Represent Christ every step you take, not just the ones you choose. You don’t have secular and holy moments in life. Now, you are a living sacrifice. Be encouraged and step up your fast today. Lastly, add something new to what you’re fasting, reach out for accountability and above all SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM!
